🔁 RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY

We want you to be happy with your purchase, but if you need to return an item, here’s how it works.

🔸 Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

🔸 Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, your item must be:

  • Unopened, unused, and in its original packaging

  • In the same condition you received it

  • Returned within the 30-day window

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email)

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened or used grooming products, unless they are faulty or damaged.

🔸 Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

  • We do not currently offer free returns.

  • We recommend using a tracked delivery service, as we are not responsible for returns lost in transit.

🚫 Final Sale Items

Some products may be marked as final sale and are not eligible for return. These will be clearly labelled on the product page at checkout.

🔧 Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at theonebeardskin.uk@hotmail.com and we will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.

🔁 How to Request a Return

  1. Email us at theonebeardskin.uk@hotmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. We’ll reply with the return address and instructions.

  3. Once we receive and inspect the return, we’ll issue a refund back to your original payment method.

💳 Refund Timing

Once approved, refunds are processed within 5–10 working days.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
